RO Service is an independent, third-party service provider. We specialize in out-of-warranty repairs and maintenance for various home water purifiers. We are not officially affiliated with any specific brand.

2. Service Booking & Charges

• A visiting charge may apply when our technician arrives at your location to diagnose the issue, even if no repair is done.
• Cost of spare parts (if required) will be communicated to you before the repair begins.
• Payment is to be made directly to the technician upon completion of the service.

3. Warranty on Repairs

We provide a limited-time warranty (usually 30 days) on the specific parts replaced or repaired by our technicians. This warranty does not cover other components of the appliance.

4. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service if the appliance is deemed unrepairable or if the service location is outside our standard coverage area.
